1. About these terms
These Terms apply to Geospatial Mentor and Geospatial Friend, two separate platforms operated by Gevolv.com (Mrunalini Pise, Wardha, Maharashtra, India) (“Gevolv,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Each platform has its own account, credits and billing. By creating an account or using either platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding agreement to create an account. Provide a valid email address, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.
3. Platform features and AI responses
Geospatial Mentor provides GIS and remote-sensing learning features, AI-generated explanations, Notes, educational resources, and links to external job listings and recruitment agencies. Geospatial Friend helps with GIS and remote-sensing assignments, including AI chat, script and visualisation help, file and image uploads, dataset links, courses and guides. AI responses and generated scripts may be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date; verify important information and test code before relying on it. Do not rely on the platform as professional, legal, safety, or employment advice. You remain responsible for the academic integrity rules of your institution when using Geospatial Friend.
Job and agency links lead to third-party websites. We do not control their availability, listings, hiring decisions, terms, or privacy practices, and we do not guarantee that any vacancy is current or that any application will be successful.
4. Plans, credits, and payment
The Geospatial Mentor free plan includes 15 AI credits. Its monthly plan is ₹150 per month for customers billed in INR or $15 per month for customers billed in USD, and currently includes 1,500 monthly credits. A one-time top-up costs ₹50 or $5 for 500 credits. The Geospatial Friend free plan includes 20 AI credits; its monthly plan is ₹150 or $15 per month with 3,000 monthly credits, and a one-time top-up costs ₹50 or $5 for 1,000 credits. The plan and checkout screens display the applicable currency and price before purchase.
One credit is deducted for each completed AI response and each selected external resource link; on Geospatial Friend, image questions cost 2 credits and script uploads cost 3. Monthly credits are refreshed on a successful renewal; unused monthly credits do not carry forward. Purchased top-up credits remain available until used, subject to applicable law and these Terms. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
Payments are processed by Cashfree or its payment partners. Submitting payment details authorizes the selected payment provider to process the transaction. Credits and monthly plans are not refundable. You can cancel a monthly plan at any time to stop future renewals; access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. Nothing in these Terms limits a consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
5. Acceptable use
Use the platform lawfully and respectfully. Do not attempt to disrupt its operation, bypass account or credit controls, access another person’s account, upload malicious content, or use the service to violate another person’s rights. Do not submit sensitive personal information unless it is necessary and you are authorized to do so.
6. Third-party services and resources
The platform uses third-party services to provide AI responses and payment processing and links to external learning, software, data, job, and recruitment resources. Those services are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party content, products, or services.
7. Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain or improve the platform. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes where required. We do not promise uninterrupted availability.
8. Intellectual property
Gevolv and its licensors retain rights in the platform, branding, and original materials. You may use the platform for your personal learning, subject to these Terms and any separate license terms for third-party resources. You retain responsibility for content you submit and must have the rights needed to submit it.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” We exclude implied warranties only where the law allows. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
10. Termination
You may stop using the platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach of these Terms, legal requirements, or security reasons, subject to applicable law and any required notice. You can ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing us; unused credits are forfeited on closure and are not refundable.
11. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without limiting mandatory consumer protections. Courts located in Wardha, Maharashtra will hear disputes where legally permitted.
